When will the community be taking resident applications?
Resident applications will be available in Spring of 2028.
When will construction begin?
Construction is set to start in the Spring of 2027. An expected construction timeline will be shared closer to that date.
How many General Contractors bid on this project?
Five general contractors bid on our project. After multiple proposal submissions and interviews, we selected The Weitz Company and Thomas Construction Group as our general contractor due to their extensive senior living expertise and their breadth of experience.
