The ThriveMore community project in New Bern is a thoughtfully planned, multi-phase development designed to offer a full spectrum of residential and care options. Starting construction in 2025, Phase 1 of the project features 204 independent living residences, including apartments and villas, complemented by central amenities such as dining venues, fitness spaces, a library, and outdoor recreational facilities near the water. The 3-story building will be made up of 12 floor plans along with 52 villas and duplexes made up of 4 floor plans. This phase also includes dedicated assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care facilities.

Future phases will expand the community, adding independent living units, specialized care facilities, and enhanced communal spaces, culminating in a vibrant, connected environment for residents.
